Carol Jean Vincent, 78, of Shinnston passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017 at her home.
She was born on June 27, 1939 in Elkins to the late Harold Talbott and Edna Louise Angelo. Jean is survived by her loving husband, Don Vincent, whom she married on September 15, 1957.
She is also survived by daughter, Jane-Linn Citro of Doylestown, PA ; son, Brett Vincent of Murfreesboro, NC; 4 grandchildren, Kyle Citro of Doyletown, PA; Cole Vincent of Murfreesboro, NC ; Ella Citro of Doylestown, PA ; and Tess Citro of Doylestown, PA; and her beloved dog, Charlie.
Jean retired from the Social Security Administration. She loved antique collecting and had her own antique shop in Flatwoods for many years. Jean loved being with her family. She was a loving mother who was very proud of her children and grandchildren.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Jean’s wonderful caregivers, Autumn Williams; Rhonda Vincent; Kim Fadley; Katie Parrish; and Ms. Paula.
There was a private visitation and funeral service held at Harmer Funeral Home. Entombment was at the Shinnston Memorial Mausoleum with Pastor Kevin Nuzum officiating.
