Jeremy Chad Skinner, 41, of Haywood passed away at home on January 11, 2018.
He was born on May 3, 1976 in Fairmont to Rob Roy “Skip” Skinner and Lesley Maley Skinner.
In addition to his parents, Chad is also survived by his loving wife, Heather Skinner; his children, Jeremy Chad Skinner II; Kory Michael Garrett and his wife Taylor; Montanna Paige Garrett; and Madilyn Summer Andrick; his sisters, Chasity Rose Skinner Heberlig and her husband Caleb; and Amanda Sue Littleton; brother, Nicolas Littleton; brother-in-law, Michael Hurst and his wife Tiffany; nieces, Emily Hurst; and Avery Swiger; nephews, Ethan Roy Pfarr; Remington Heberlig; Raycen Heberlig; James Heberlig; and Trent Shaw; mother-in-law, Brenda Kay Hurst; and father-in-law, William R. Hurst.
Chad was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clifford Ray; Betty Skinner; Frank Mayle; and Mary Majettic.
Chad was a member of the Abundant Life Church, where he held the office of Youth Pastor. He served in the United States Air Force. Chad was the business owner of Skinner Consulting, JSHS Properties, and JSHS Services. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing, and dirt bike races with his son, Jeremy.
Family and friends will be received at Harmer Funeral Home on Sunday from 4-8 PM. A funeral service will be held at Harmer Funeral Home on Monday, January, 15, 2018 at 11 AM, officiating the services will be his Best Friend, Pastor Danny Knight and his wife Sarah. Interment will follow at the Lion’s Club Cemetery in Lumberport. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Harmer Funeral Home.
